1. OUR PRODUCTS

All products sold by Shelving and Storage NE are described as accurately as possible. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

Weight ratings published on our product pages are Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) ratings. Loads must be distributed evenly across the shelf surface. 2. PRICING

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

Delivery fees are additional and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. DELIVERY

We deliver locally to Albury, Wodonga, Lavington, Thurgoona, Baranduda and surrounding areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver within the advised timeframe.

5. WARRANTY

All Shelving and Storage NE products are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by overloading beyond the stated UDL rating
- Damage caused by misuse, modification or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by environmental factors including rust from exposure to moisture or chemicals

To make a warranty claim, contact Ben directly on 0490 740 426 or via our contact page. We will assess the claim and, where valid, repair or replace the product at our discretion.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are proud to say we have never had a return — because we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

7. ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Our shelving products are designed for self-assembly. Instructions are included with every order. Assembly by a professional is available at an additional cost — contact Ben to arrange.

Shelving and Storage NE is not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, overloading, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Shelving and Storage NE's liability is limited to:
- Replacement or repair of the product
- Refund of the purchase price

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

11. PRIVACY
